This is one of the worst hotel rooms we have stayed in. Having chosen DoubleTree based on past experience and for its mid level standard we were very disappointed to find the room size which the website describes as ‘spacious’. The bathroom is extremely small and the only way to enter is to turn sideways to enter / exit. What they do not show in the website photo is the actual entrance which with the door gives only 33cm walk way (see attached)
We mentioned this to the staff and the manager showed no interest and simply said we can see the room size before booking!
The other issue was there was no water in room (which is standard across the brand) they provided when we asked but said this not hotel policy to not provide
Overall this experience us the worst stay for a Hilton hotel we have had and we would not recommend this room type

Great hotel in a prime location. Rooms are as described and the breakfast has a wide variety.
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Lucia who was such a delight. She provided excellent customer service during my stay in London. Wonderful person and a great asset to the company. 5*
I look forward staying here again.
Thanks Lucia

Cosy room, quite tight but I don't mind that at all. Nice powerful shower with good heat control (not something you get everywhere!) and the room was incredibly clean. Breakfast had a good amount of options and all staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. We got a wee recognition gift as a Team Member, which I didn't expect, which was very lovely! Situated in a nice area as well, felt more than comfortable walking from both the Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common underground stations, and our room looked over the large park opposite the hotel. Will do our best to book here again, and we'll try not to bring the Scottish weather with us next time! Thank you for the lovely stay :)

Great location in London city being relatively close to Heathrow and also central London. Ealing was much calmer than other parts. The parking was secure and reasonably priced. The hotel itself was great with comfortable rooms and one of the best breakfast selections of any Hilton hotel in the UK.
