I was completely scammed by Regus and was provided no support from the team. I booked an office for a month for myself and staff while we waited for our new office to be ready and asked for all charges to be clearly stated and there was nothing mentioned about what’s to come! As soon as I reached the end of the one month they are now asking me to pay almost another full month of rent to be able to move out. I asked them why this was not mentioned to me or my partner at any point and they said that it’s in the fine print and that I needed to read the terms and conditions and they don’t need to highlight that to me. I am at a huge loss right now and I would have never moved here if I had known there was an exit fee this high. They don’t seem to care to keep a good relationship with their tenants. Greatly not recommended.

DO NOT BOOK! We just got scammed by Regus. They have charged us 5k in charges for “Restoration” which was never mentioned or highlighted to us, when we had specifically asked for all charges. They do not care about their tenants and want to make the maximum about of money from them. I recommend you find somewhere else as it will be cheaper.

SCAMMERS! We booked the office for one month and rather than them being clear about their charges. They are asking us to pay for almost a month of rent to be able to exit. They claimed to have it written in their terms and conditions, NOT on the front page of the contract where all charges are written.
