STAY AWAY FROM REGUS and stay away from this particular office of Regus!! The company and this office are run by incompetent disingenuous people who will take your money. They will nickel and dime to you death (think Spirit Airlines). They will overcharge you if you are foolish enough to use their services. This particular office is cramped loud. The walls are paper thin between offices. There is little respect for privacy. You never know who your neighbor could be on any given day. Thus, there is very little courtesy between tenants. The amenities are horrible and usually don't work. The price for a day office or to use the conference room is ridiculous. Regus is responsible for repeatedly losing my mail. Whatever you think your agreement says Regus will disagree and interpret it in their favor to get more money from you. Say goodbye to your security deposit. Do not trust them with your mail, your business or your money. There are far better options for virtual offices, temporary offices or long-term office space.
