I was - not exaggerating here - scammed by Regus. It is false advertising. Here's what happened to me: I purchased a coworking subscription from them thinking it was 24 hours access. Why? All Google listings show 24 hours AND the website under coworking plans say "where you want and when you want." Let me write that again: "Where you want and when you want" - right in the plan features. When I booked the first day, the person at the location I booked at (I booked at 6:30 am) said they are only open regular business hours... Hmm doesn't sound like when and where I want does it? Or 24 hours like this very and every single Google listing states? I called the general sales line, and they said all centers including their Spaces locations are regular business hours only for coworking and lounge. 24 hours is only for people paying for office space. The highest tier subscription. An autobot representative may respond refuting my claims, but see for yourself. To this day, calling the general sales line will yield the same result. It's the first time in my life I've been scammed. I guarantee they have some gobbly goo in the fine print, but their website is falsely advertising, which is supposedly illegal in the US. They fought my chargebacks on the inital retainer fee and won. They would not agree to a refund even after this blatent scam of a purchase. They are nasty and aggressive. Their representatives can't do anything. Imagine what else they do to their customers. They certainly have a reputation I was not smart enough to check out first.

The worse business transaction I EVER considered for my business! I just signed up for my virtual address on 2/23/2022. I called the office speaking with Amanda who carries the title “Communication Associate” which was nothing close to a communicator. She was extremely rude and very short with me, telling me she don’t have time to wait for me to look over my paperwork on a matter that needed addressing. If you’re looking for someone to treat you and your business as a valued customer this office is NOT the place for you. I am now looking into closing this service and taking my business elsewhere.

This company is a scam session. Do not do business with them. They end up charging your card thousands in retainers, and then try to charge you for “rehabbing” the office you used. Stay away from this company.
