Horrible experience at this location. For the past 2.5 months I have rented a private office 2 days a week at Regus Hollywood. On multiple occasions, the staff members used their master key to enter my private office without knocking to interrupt my work day, which is unacceptable. I pay for a ‘PRIVATE’ office for a reason! The staff would enter my office without consent, interrupting my important meetings to ask me to switch to a different room to make it more convenient for other guests. That is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! On another occasion, I entered the office at my scheduled reservation time of 8:30am to an empty lobby and no one at the front desk. I do not have a personal key, as I rent offices by the day, so the receptionist has to let me in every morning. I waited in the lobby, as a group of 6-10 other clients formed waiting as well. It was 9:00am when she showed up - 30 minutes PAST my appointment time! She was completely unapologetic and did not care that I was now late for work despite personally arriving 30 minutes prior to my scheduled work day. Another example of her lack of professionalism. The instance that upset me the most was when I arrived one morning as usual at 8:30am and went into my office to set up my work space and my laptop would not connect to the Regus wifi. I tried to troubleshoot for about 20 minutes with no luck before going up to the front desk to ask for help. The receptionist replied “mine is working” and told me that there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was maintenance or IT that could be called to help and she said no. This left me with no other choice but to pack up all my belongings and leave to find somewhere else to work. This was the second time I was late to work due to Regus’ incompetence, and another example of the staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior. Completely unacceptable that I pay for an office to work from and they could not even provide me with the most basic necessity for remote working - WIFI!! I paid for the office that day that I did not even get to use, what a scam and waste of money. When I called to complain after (because I had to run out the door to try to find a place to work asap) I wasn’t offered any compensation or even a call back from the manager with an apology. Do yourself a favor and go to the Aventura Corporate Center location. Their staff is friendly, they respect your privacy and they provide you with the services they promise. Couldn’t be more grateful to never have to return to the Hollywood Regus office ever again!

The absolute worst experience of my life, unfortunately. I rented an office space with the agreement being from February 2021 to August 2021. Prior to the start of my agreement ( now obvious) the staff was saying anything to get me to sign and lock in the agreement with them. They made promises of what I can do and what benefits come with the office rental. Once i started the agreement none of what they promised me or what they advertised was fulfilled. I let that slide since I was there to just get my work done and leave. Towards the end of May I went on vacation and didnt return until the end of August when it was time to return my key and clean out my room. Upon arrival, i noticed one of the desks in my office were missing and a few of my items were scattered over the one desk that was left in my room ( I had two ). In the desk that was taken from my room, there were documents that had VERY sensitive information in them as I am a mortgage loan officer. The door was locked before i left so the only possible explanation for this is that the staff entered my room and took furniture without notifying me. I know it is not my property but they could have notified me and handled my belongings correctly. Now that i made the staff aware they are putting the blame on previous staff members. Nobody has properly helped me with this situation and they are claiming they dont know what happened to the second desk ( that contained all my important documents ). Rather than pointing me to the correct contact to handle this situation, the staff and team lead is trying to blame the previous staff members. This is the worst experience ive ever had with any company … because of this I will now have to get a lawyer involved !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL ALLOW THEIR OWN STAFF MEMBERS TO TOUCH YOUR PERSONAL BELONGS IF YOU EVER LEAVE THE OFFICE UNATTENDED.
