Did a short term 5 month lease. It ended in April and they still haven’t returned my deposit 2months later despite me contacting them multiple times. At this point I am going to have to sue them to get my money back. Ridiculous customer service.

So I already left a review but I’m leaving another now. So I signed paper work agreeing to be charged 416$ however I ended up being charged almost $800. Change your sales tactics they are super underhanded and unethical. Put what you are charging in clear black and white. I’ve tried to be civil and request a refund but I guess you leave me no other choice
