Worse place to rent in Miami. Their billing is insane. They charge you for services you do not have. When you cancel a service they still charge you for up to 4 months. It is almost impossible to have a credit back. They charge insane clean up fee but refund your deposit only after 3 months instead of deducting it from the deposit. They charge you rent 3 weeks in advance automatically only. If you pay after the 15th but before the month they charge you $150 late fee. They charge you for scanning docs when it used to be free. Of course you pay to print. One year they doubled my rent but at the front desk they do not announce your clients any longer. It is extremely loud. Everyone slams their doors. I do not recommend renting at Spaces. Please contact me if you want more information. I am an attorney and their contract is the most predatory I have ever experienced. Completely one sided.

The space is clean, great price, and location.. However, the front desk staff is extremely loud, unprofessional, and interrupt our work day all the time. We would have stayed if the front desk manager wouldn’t yell, play foosball mid work day, and kick us out of quiet room in the middle of our meetings (that we had to go to because of her yelling) They also were very difficult with canceling my account. We tried to cancel 2 months ago - by contract, they kept charging my account and wanting proof of cancellation. Which we provided, they still kept charging my card none stop. We cancelled our cards and bank accounts because of this none sense. I wouldn’t go here until they get more professional staff. Although the cleaning night crew is incredible and super sweet!
