Had a meeting here and it was excellent. Parking garage adjacent to the facility. The property was clean and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and attentive. It exceeded my expectations.

DO NOT GET A CO-WORKING DESK HERE. I tried to upgrade my co-work desk to more days and it took my hours of being pushed from pillar to post. A few months later I cancelled, received confirmation and they are still billing me three months later, after ignoring my support requests. I cancelled because there are often no seats that have access to a power outlet. Only few do have access and then you have to bother people to share. I was asked to leave at 5pm sharp- mid conversation. Wasn’t what I needed. If the front desk refers you to Leonor Sandino then you know you’re going into a never ending loop. Every few days I get an email saying they are still looking into my over-billing with no end in site. They escalated the support ticket (read below) closed it and did nothing. Honestly they will mess with your time and energy. Weeks later they are still working on my refund. When they finally refunded me six weeks after my first support request they billed me for the next month. I had my bank reverse the charges. I advise you to try Buro next door.

Office feels modern, clean and upscale. Location is unbeatable. Exceptional front desk staff, especially Karla - courteous, attentive, professional, resourceful and welcoming.
