Signed a month-to-month starting in September then Delta hit hard. Management decided we should cancel the contract 2 days after signing it in July, Spaces wouldn't let us back out and told us we had to rent for the month of September. Fine, whatever, a contract's a contract and people were panicking over Delta, I get it. We go in early September, the initial panic over Delta is calming down and we decide we would like to stay, although for various reasons we only end up coming into the office two or three times that month. A retention specialist called us to help us get back under contract then disappeared. Staff didn't respond to our inquiries and after a lot of pestering on September 30 they tell us that they rented to someone else, so we need to "move out" (in quotes because we never actually moved in). Sometime in September we get a mystery bill for more than $500, invoice just says "August 2021" (remember, we only rented for the month of September), nobody can tell us what it's for, finally someone lets us know it's for a cleaning fee for moving out. Seems harsh to pay that much for a space we never even moved in to, but a contract's a contract I guess - just would have been nice if it had been labeled as a cleaning fee on the invoice. We pay that $500 but by now it's been a month so there's a $50 "late fee" for not paying the cleaning fee on time. I ask if they can waive that late fee. They take forever to eventually tell me "no", I pay the late fee and then we get another $50 late payment of the late fee, which they took out of our deposit (to be fair we did get the deposit back in 30 days). It's a nice space and it's in Wynwood so that's cool but nothing's worth dealing with the administrative staff. We moved to Expansive in Edgewater and so far no mystery bills and they act like they actually want us there. I'd recommend it if you had an admin assistant who likes dealing with these type of people and has the time to do it. If you will have to deal with it yourself and you value your time then stay away.

The space is nice but management is horrible. You will never find parking here, they will tell you that you can use city parking but there are 0 spots available due to all the residential construction around the area. There are better spaces in Miami. Not recommended.

Great co-working space with cool amenities! Pro of the location: tons of food around. Cons: hard to find parking or expensive parking garage in the neighborhood
