Regus does not give a flying *** about its customers. Do not buy their service. I was egregiously treated. I quite literally fell for a scam. "False advertising" as it's called. Here is how: I purchased a coworking subscription from them thinking it was 24 hours access. Why? All Google listings show 24 hours and the website under coworking plans say "where you like and when you like." When I booked the first day, the person at the location I booked at (I booked at 6:30 am) said they are only open from 8 am to 5pm. I called the general sales line, and they said all centers including their Spaces locations are regular business hours only for coworking and lounge. 24 hours is ONLY for people paying for office space. To this day, you can call the general sales line and get this information. Meanwhile, their site falsely advertises. And I guarantee you one of their auto-bot, don't-give-a-****-reps will respond to this saying it's 24 hours. I am not sure if that's illegal but false advertising is illegal. It's shady either way. They fought my chargebacks on the inital retainer fee and won. They are so nasty and aggressive. I will warn everyone of their shady, lawyer-like, and vague-claims to try and trick customers practices.

Accidentally booked a space which I never needed and never used. Account executive and help desk refused to cancel the contract, refused to put me in touch with their superior/or colleagues who could help with the matter and stopped responding. On the other hand, I was a loyal Regus customer in many other offices but they didn't seem to appreciate this and didn't show any sensibility. Ultimately, they charged all the fees for the contract which I never used (although I never stepped in the Orlando - Downtown North Orange office).

BEWARE!! We terminated our lease with them and they went on to bill us for later months and keep charging late fees for an inactive account. They are scammers that will keep charging you even after termination of your account and thrive on overcharging their customers, over inflating rental prices after you are forced to auto renew, and charging fee after fee. Do not do business with them!
