Regus charged my card over 10 times with unauthorized transactions resulting in over $2,000 on my credit card for a stretch of almost 3 months. After 3 months of calling customer service agents, regional managers, and being transferred to different people I just now am receiving my money back. They made no effort in quickly fixing these unauthorized charges aside from an apology here and there. I would not recommend leasing an office from a corporate facility like Regus.

I never write reviews for anything but I've never felt so mistreated by a company's service in my life. The offices and services are ok but when you get any kind of issue with you account do not count on their help. It took me over 6 months to get my retainer back, in which I had to constantly be contacting them about it through phone and email. They also charged me for email forwarding since the beginning of my contract (a service that I opted-out from the beginning) and now refuse to give me a refund because my contract already ended. If you're a client now, I suggest you're very careful about your statements with Regus since they won't have your back whenever you find an issue, even if they're in the wrong. That's called stealing, Regus.

Great place if you need a work area. You can rent out rooms and make them yours for as long as you need. It’s just like renting an apt instead this is a rental for an office.
