Unprofessional money grabbers!! As a new client of Regus, I'm deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and clarity in their invoicing process. Being charged a late payment fee for an invoice dated and due on the very same day is beyond comprehension. Additionally, the activation fee for what seems to be an automated service raises concerns. It's baffling to receive an invoice for December services when November has just started. For a firm as reputed as Regus, I expected a seamless and transparent experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I hope potential clients consider this feedback before making a decision. Charging clients 6 weeks in advance is simply theft I have been a client for less than three weeks and they have sent me over $450 worth of invoices for a $136 virtual office.

I was absolutely disappointed with the services rendered by Regus, and with the manager of this specific facility. They will start assigning extra invoices and fees out of nowhere, they will be impossible to reach to figure out what they're for. Heck, after I initially signed up, I never received any sort of information about how to utilize my services. It wasn't until I started calling every phone number and leaving voicemails on any and all extensions I could find as well as going to social media that I heard back from anyone at all. Even then -- I was so disappointed that I wanted to terminate my contract. Instead, they sent me some email saying "we are unfortunately unable to terminate the agreement here at the center. Once agreed to the terms, you are liable for the remainder of the agreement." It doesn't matter how much they failed you. It doesn't matter how disappointed you are. It doesn't matter to them that you have absolutely no faith in their ability to render services after seeing how they operate as a company. It doesn't matter that within 10 days of a two year contract I was already looking to sever ties and move onto another provide. They do NOT care about the customer. They simply want your money.

When our company moved from our own dedicated facility to this Regus location there was quite a bit of trepidation. Some in our company were concerned that we would feel cramped since we would be sharing a facility with other organizations. I can say that those fears were never realized. The facility is very modern, with plenty of open concept space. The staff is friendly and responsive. This is a great place, especially for those seeking a professional environment, without the overhead of one's own facility.
