Shady business practices like auto renewals. Not to mention that my lease was up the 15th of January and still have not received my retainer back. Interesting to see that a couple of people have had the same experience with this company.

The office space is nice and in a great location with a wonderful reception team. However, they move you around without asking (not a day office, but a rented office space!) and have decided to raise the rental fees to 3x the amount we were paying for the same amount of space. Thankfully they did give us notice of that happening.

This was overall a horrible experience. First: I had a signed agreement for X days at a center, paid AND booked my dates. I was told in the middle of the month that they no longer had room for me. Someone had booked a monthly room AFTER I had already paid and signed my contract, so there was no space for me. This is unacceptable. I had booked my own clients based on dates that I reserved and paid for. I canceled my membership immediately. Second: I continued to be charged for a canceled invoice. The sales person, Jaime, was of no help. Simply said to contact the center. The center was of no help said to put in a ticket. I continued to get charged. Third: Eventually I was able to find the phone number to the managing company and found out that "The system tagged my account to terminate in 2026!! " Meaning I was going to continue to be charged for my canceled account for 5 years!!! This is not a good business model. You all stole money from me when you broke your contract and were not able to provide the room I had booked for AND paid for. Stay clear of this place
