I can only recommend FLEKSI BETA. After more than half a year of experience, I can say that it offers comfortable, modernly furnished cowork workspaces. We used several offices and meeting rooms and everything was top notch (technical equipment, cleanliness). The facilities, including the common area with the cafe, are a place where it is a pleasure to work and we have used it several times for informal meetings.

Watch out for Ms. Hronová, she intentionally withholds information during the acquisition and even says the opposite = lies. As the name flexi might suggest and was presented during the initial tours, you can change the services as needed - but there is a catch, they say, only for the more expensive ones - so it is not written in the contract, but it is said to be so. At the same time, the contracts are said to be only for a year, but they can also do it for 6 months - but that is also a lie - sign up for an indefinite period and then you have 3 months' notice, even a contract for only 3 months is possible - that's what I was told that can't At the same time, the premises are 80% empty, but you will be pushed to make a quick decision, for example, I have this "still" free one. The stumbling block occurs the moment you announce your departure. Things that you will not read in the contract or anywhere else will also be taken out. When I asked for help from my mother - Passerinvest, I was told that she is worth her manager :) so good luck! The spaces themselves are nice. Slightly overpriced. Unfortunately, as always, the human factor kills it.

An ideal short-term solution. Definitely an above-standard coworking space in Prague.
