Friendly professional staff that provide exceptional customer service! Nothing is ever too much trouble and staff will always do what they can to help. Ideal location, plenty of parking with nice sized offices and meeting rooms. I would highly recommend!

The staff are always pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much. Any issues (the few that we have had) have been dealt with promptly and we are really happy with our office here. As a relatively small staff we rely heavily on Annie, Lisa and Steve in dealing with some of the day to day matters such as receiving and sending post or providing a point of contact for our clients when we are not available. The business park itself is ideally located near to the motorway which means easy access out of Bristol as well as into the City itself. There are retail parks nearby with eateries for lunch and two supermarkets. Alternatively a smaller shop and a Boston Tea Party in nearby Cheswick Village for those wanting to pop out for a coffee. For those preferring to bring their own food there is free tea and coffee; plenty of fridge space and a microwave to reheat last nights leftovers.

The staff at Citibase made the transition from our old offices to theirs easy and hassle-free. They welcomed us with open arms and the service they have given and continue to give is always exceptional. They make our working day that little bit better and everyone agrees that our new location is much more preferable! The perfect base for any business.
