I went there for a meeting. The place itself is quite good with a cafe at the front. The receptionists were friendly. I had the meeting at the break out space, which was nice too.

If I reviewing this based purely on office space, or after my first 6 months here then TOG would have got 5 stars. However, from April 2019 the worlds nosiest neighbours moved in on floor and management have been completely ineffective with dealing with this issue. Examples of this include excessive shouting, calls in the corridor, foul language, party poppers being let off in the corridor, music, loud singing, all behaviour which I feel shouldn't happen in a working environment, and is fact in breach of TOG's anti-nuisance clause, with management don't seem willing to excercise. Despite complaining continuously it took approx 2.5 months for centre staff to even acknowledge the problem exists. Over the months management have said "I've emailed them, they haven't responded what can i do?" (JT) "We've done regular walkthroughs we can't hear any noise" (Various TOG staff). "I've spoken with Mike, but they don't seem to be doing about this". When reporting to the TOG operations manager (EJ) we've had meetings declined, phone calls sent to voicemail, with the excuse i'd finished working for the day - even though we had emails from her afterwards. All in all the customer service from TOG is probably the worst I've received from my 3 years in business, on both the above issues and front desk staff not responding to emails. Really disappointed with TOG they have a great work-space but the building management / customer service is nowhere near good enough. I feel we are not valued by TOG as they are a bigger customer than me. Counting down the days to my agreement here ends and I can move to somewhere with a more professional working environment

Extremely prompt and follow up. From Lara who deals over the 0hone and Nathan who showed me the space all amazing people. Professional and understand the value of time and understand need of the client.
I would recommend them.
