Rented an office here on the first floor. All good until the gym in the basement started blasting out bass-heavy music, making it feel more like a nightclub than a place of work. Staff were sympathetic but didn't stop it happening. We're moving elsewhere and I feel sorry for whoever takes our office. Avoid unless you're renting space on the top floors.
