I have come in before to have a coffee and a catch-up or meeting with colleagues. We have experienced some rude/unfriendly service before but it depends on who is working. For example, when asking for water, you have to travel to the other side of the building and use the kitchen as opposed to getting it from where coffee is served which would make sense (i.e have jugs of water). The pastries are also not very good and quite dry.
Usually in any coffee shop or outlet in the UK when you buy something you can use the wi-fi/your laptop. Yesterday (24 March) my manager and I were stunned to be told we could not work or use our laptops there if we were not members, despite the fact we had both bought coffee and breakfast. There were only about six people in there and it was quiet and it was a very unusual thing to be told. Will not be going back.

Very friendly staff, great service, very flexible. Went there for a few weeks running and they remembered room preferences which was helpful.

Friendly young reception staff who are attentive and efficient. Waiting area is clean, comfortable and stocked with magazines and sweeties to ease the wait time. Internal coffee shop near reception and refreshment stations dotted around the building. Unisex toilets can lead to a surprising encounter if you are not alive to what is possible. Rooms are generally a good size although there is the odd cupboard with a shelf, plug outlets and two chairs squeezed in.

It's a good co-working space, variety of spaces, clean (not the members bar area anyways), there's free coffee and tea. Usually cold mostly and sometimes their receptionist tend to forget your request (you've to keep following up). But I guess it's worth the money overall.
