Really nice place with fantastic views of Walthamstow Wetlands. Great to use as a work space or for drinks in the evening. They have a fantastic range of cocktails mostly using locally made spirits. Local beer +cheese & charcuterie boards available for those who wish to nibble. Nice relaxing atmosphere and very friendly table service. Not cheap but I'd say we'll worth the money and an excellent addition to an improving area.

We love the size of the private offices, and the light and airy wraparound views. Incredible sunsets. The incorporation of facilities: the bar, wellness/ beauty shops, gym access and lush products are all amazing! Moving in was easy, fast internet all spot on!

Love the informal vibe, the decor, the staff friendliness, the view and the many well-behaved doggie friends that use it as their keepers work. Harry’s bar is a great addition too.

Great work space options and a nice cafe just around the corner. I ended up having an end of week beverage at the bar upstairs and it has a decent view.
