I ended my membership two years ago because there were irregularities in the debits and I had to keep sending the billing department my debit receipts (Regus had debited from my account). Today (i.e. 24 months later) a COLLECTION invoice arrived for a utopian amount of 1640 euros! Since my termination there hasn't been a single message from Regus. After consulting with the debt collection agency, it turned out that after deducting my deposit of 390 euros (which was never paid back), 62.40 euros were still outstanding. However, the offices are very good and the employees on site are extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it doesn't help much if the overall organization is so substandard...

You get a map for the tower and a very nice day office. I've been to many Regus locations and I liked this one the best so far!! Clear recommendation.

The electronic room booking has not been working for 8 weeks now, and not even by phone anymore. The IT department, if one even exists, is unable (or unwilling?) to solve the problem. The only thing that works is the automatic monthly rent collection. I just don't get anything in return for it.
