I recently stopped by this establishment as I was looking to find somewhere close to the station to get some work done. The receptionist I met was very helpful and was able to tell me a lot of information about the facility and what is offered. I will definitely visit again and hopefully get an office space once I come back to Fukuoka.

I have moved in from April 1, 2022. Access from Hakata Station is good, the facility is clean, and the receptionists are kind. We previewed about 10 facilities, but it was the best for us. Sumiyoshi-dori can also be seen from the office, and it is easy to book a shared meeting with the app and print out from the shared printer. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor, so it is convenient for meetings that do not use the meeting room. It is also very popular and helpful for business trip members from other bases.

The service of this rental office is also very good and the space is comfortable. It is directly connected to the station and has excellent transportation access. There are many stylish restaurants and cafes in the area, so it's the perfect place to take a break between business activities.
