Leasing my office space with Regus might be the best business decision that I’ve made as an entrepreneur building a business that will stand the test of time. Kayla & Kenya are always available to answer any questions or help with concerns any time I need their assistance. I would definitely recommend Regus. My experience here has been phenomenal.

As a growing business, its essential to have a strong team in place. The Regus team has been instrumental in maintaining a professional environment with clients, as well as, my internal team. BUYER BEWARE I signed up online for this virtual office and paid at the time.I also enrolled in auto pay. First month I received a bill for services that I didn’t sign up for and a late fee. I emailed to get this corrected with no response and I multiple times called only to speak to an answering service. I am continually being overcharged and still have not been able to speak with someone to resolve. I finally got an email response from someone that is clearly not local and stated that she can’t connect me to an rep that speaks English so we have to email. In the email she keeps telling me that the charges are valid and I can’t get out of the contract. This could have been a simple customer service fix. I guess I’m going to dispute the charges as fraudulent because at this point I don’t have any options. BE CAREFUL signing up for this.
