I was going to keep my mouth shut… But I realized most tenants are voicing their experiences here. I would give it zero stars, but Google won’t allow that. Despite being a tenant for over a year and a half… My payments are constantly “missing“ although my bank statements show paid balances. Most of the amenities are defunct. To be honest, the type of management running the property feels more like a principal in an elementary school rather than an upscale workspace. Not only are the tenants treated like children, we are not greeted with respect when we enter or exit the building. I would not recommend being here unless you truly care about aesthetics. I will maintain my office here because it’s “pretty”… nothing more nothing less. Based on the responses to these one star reviews… You can already gather how they manage tenants frustrations. You are sent to a portal that offers no resolution to anything. 👋🏿 Update: Still waiting on a returned $2k+ retainer after my lease ended on 5/1/23. Update: 7/2/23- This company is playing hide and seek with returning my initial $2400 “retainer fee”. This time, I was sent back to the help desk only to receive a message that read: “This is an exceptional situation and our finance teams are working alongside our IT team and bank to resolve urgently.” This company is going bankrupt….why else can’t you return funds to tenants after the lease ends?!
