Aaron (previous reviewer) is my husband. This has been extremely frustrating. He has contacted help desk multiple times, he has talked to on-site staff. He cannot get anyone on the phone. If you see below, the company has requested he contact help desk. The normal channels have not worked for him, so he made a Google review in hopes of getting another point of contact. Still not working. Someone should be able to reach out to him— to contact him. To email him or to call him. He has been trying to cancel for months. I suggested today he turn to a dispute with his credit card agency (documenting all of the attempts he has made to end his account) and/or file a police report. Unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience, and we strongly discourage the use of Spaces for your office needs. ***Follow-up: Look at their comment to the review. It’s been this over and over. They have our contact info. This is pathetic. Work from a park bench.
