DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! I wanted to preface this saying I do not like submitting negative reviews, but everyone needs to know to stay away from this business. Spaces is not running a business. They are running a scam! Even if other co-worker spaces are more expensive it's worth it. I work remotely and wanted to have a co-working solution. I wanted to give Spaces a try given their proximity. I asked for a trial, but immediately got a salesperson who pressured me into making a decision given a special at the end of the month. I was lied to about free parking and IT support. I tried using the Spaces in the Battery once but found parking was not free and that there was no IT support to help connect my laptop that was having issues with WiFi/Firewall. I went to another location by my home to get around not having to pay for parking and found the Midtown location to not even have any at the front desk to help. Same issue with me not being able to connect on my own. I immediately asked to cancel and asked for a refund, sharing that service and details were not as promised. They kept pushing off my cancellation requests and asked what they could do different. I eventually demanded to cancel, and they charged me for 3 months (not just 1). I've been trying for months to get a refund, but am not able to speak to an actual person and just go in circles with a customer service help that is not going to any effort to help. As you can see with other 1-star reviews - this place is riddled with them. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere.
