This Regus center is amazing. I host my job fairs in their conference rooms. The manager and staff are so great. They help me keep the flow of candidates going and everything running smooth. They have two nice size conference rooms at reception so it's very convenient for my staff and guests.

Had lots of problems since Managment changed. Internet in an office building did not work for at least 6 weeks , 45 % Rent increase not cool! There charge even for the air you breeze extra. There don t care and there are proud of it. Can t recommend!!! Did contacted the help desk as advised , answer was that there understand everything but can do nothing as always a full 360 cycle with no result.

This building, while it looks decent on the outside, is not well maintained on the inside. There are constant temperature swings from one area to the next, sometimes going from 70f to 79f. The cleaning crew doesn't vacuum for days on end. There is not wheelchair or other handicap access to the front door, which is only accessible by numerous stairs or through the parking deck (a horrible walk if you have a physical disability). This facility is also NOT smoking free. There is not even a designated smoking area. People can smoke in front of the doors and walkways. I'm not fond of being accosted by smoke since it is, you know, harmful to your health. I'm concerned about how the building will be maintained once its biggest leasee, Mercedes Benz, leaves.
