Only open for cafe visitors on the 1st floor. The LG is just a parking lot. The 2nd floor can't be reached publicly. Closed for the public.

Like to park my car here while visiting Pulau Tikus market on weekend. Pulau Tikus is a very interesting local market, worth a visit. Will have a coffee break at Moulmein shoppers , normally at coffee bean and enjoying my sweet morning before heading back home.

Came here for touch & go card reload without fee. Machine is located in the basement next to escalator.
