A grand hotel with exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the classy rooms situated in the very unique and intriguing hotel interior. The service at breakfast was on another level, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to cater to your needs. I was truly impressed with their attention to detail. There are plenty of restaurant/bar options, each with their own flare. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many major landmarks / POIs in London. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful! The room overall was wonderful. The location was great - easy walk to the tube and bus stop was also right around the corner. If you come around Christmas, there is a Christmas market in Leicester square which is wonderful to check out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London and would stay here again!

I hardly ever write reviews but this hotel has been the worst start to our vacation. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending. Check in was a nightmare. The bathroom shower had the large drain taken off and shower head hanging down. When I went to turn on the shower it sprayed everywhere. I asked the bartender this evening if he had any cider on tap and he looked at me like I was an idiot for thinking that. The room itself is so small my luggage can’t fit on the ground. Then the view of my room is a dirty courtyard filled with trash cans. I am afraid to sleep tonight because there is a staircase (covered in trash) directly in front of my window. When I went to make sure they were locked, I found the windows were unlocked!! We are staying two nights and I’m already regretting that decision. The location is good but for the price of this hotel I would hope to be treated better.
