To be honest, I wasn't expecting much of a hotel plonked in the middle of an airport car park, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms aren't huge, but they are comfortably big enough. The staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, with a large selection to suit all tastes and appetites. The food offering at lunch and in the evenings is also much better than I expected: You have to order at the counter, but your order is brought to your table. I would not hesitate to stay here again, which is about as good a recommendation as I can make.

Stopped here for the night in an emergency and was very pleased. Room fresh, clean and comfortable. Public areas the same. Good buffet breakfast except that only scrambled eggs seemed to be available and they were watery. Friendly efficient staff Excellent functional airport hotel just across the road from the terminal

All the smaller B&B and inns in the area were booked solid for the Balloon event so my daughter booked me into the Hampton by Hilton. It felt odd to be staying at an airport but the excellent experience she had when booking (Kiri I believe) made me hopeful and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was clean, comfortable, a good size and the excellent air conditioning was silent! The choice for breakfast was extensive and even I as a gf and lactose intolerant vegetarian was well served for choice. I didn’t dine there as I was visiting my niece, but we came for a drink and the bar area was relaxing and cool - it was that weekend heatwave. Throughout my stay all the staff were friendly and efficient and went out of their way to be helpful Thank you, you all made my visit a really pleasant experience.

An excellent, extremely helpful staff. The dinner menu could be better, but breakfast was great. The room was small, but very comfortable. Perfect for one-night stay. In any case, 5 stars to the reception staff!

Very conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the terminal, most of which is under cover offering protecting from the elements. The walk does involve steps for the most expeditious route. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, even the ones facing the airport provide good sound insulation from aircraft noise. Breakfast is available from 4am for non cooked and cooked food becomes available at 6am. Dinner menu is a little limited and clearly premade simply being heated on demand. Car park is not owned by Hilton and is charged at airport rates! Double check best options before parking here, as at time of writing it's £14 per night.
