Do NOT use this co working space. My company started using them in June. We thought the invoice had been paid but for some reason it didn’t go through (international transfer). They informed us late and said unless we paid there would be a late charge fee. We then scrambled and paid within 24 hours (more or less). However, they are still charging the fee (they say: According to late payment fee, this is automatically fee raised from our system, we are unable to remove these fees.). We have used Spaces in Singapore for a year and have never been treated like this. Rude service and terrible management. They are too ready to trap you and punish you over minor matters.

Exactly located near the Ministry of Finance, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and ,more importantly, some great restaurants. The physical space is nicely appointed, clean and pleasant. the staff is warm and helpful. They are more like a family to you. Everything you need and want including excellent coffee!
