Women Mean Biz & We Mean Biz networking community hosted a ‘Leadership Team Away Day’ for all the individual group Leadership teams to come together at Heywood House.
We made the most of the glorious setting and started our day with a net-walk - thankfully we had the most beautiful blue sky day so it was very much enjoyed by everyone. We even got to see some deer in the next field at the back of the building.
The rest of our day was mostly spent in The Treasury meeting room, with lovely views across the lawns to the lake.
The AV equipment is excellent, the staff very professional and attentive, and we finished with a delicious buffet lunch in the room which was very clearly labelled for those with special dietary requirements.
Nothing was too much trouble!
I'm sure we will be back for more leadership meetings in the future.

I used the Heywood House co-working space for several months whilst I was visiting the UK from Australia. I run a small business in Australia and being able to escape the house and have a comfortable space to focus was just what I needed. The fact that it’s a beautiful building with surrounding grounds for refreshing work break walks was a plus!
The other co-workers were always friendly. I found many people had booked into the space just to be around others in a working environment after so long working from home during the pandemic.
I enjoyed my time at Heywood House and highly recommend it!

We have been to Heywood House twice now to book a meeting room. The Trust Room is great for a meeting for 2-3 people and the staff are always friending and super helpful. The Grazing Board provided at lunchtime is perfect for a working lunch. We will be back and highly recommend.

Heywood house offers a clean and spacious working environment with great facilities and a great management team. We love the conservatory, amazing lunches, and the large period meeting rooms used several times to host events and conduct training. Full credit to the owners on restoring and maintaining such a wonderful building.

We have a suite of offices on the first floor of the Mansion House, which give us the space we need to operate in a wonderful, historic setting. This is a unique working environment with the support of the landlords team on site. We are able to use the large conference room on the ground floor when we are hosting external guests or training courses, which is great, as we only pay for this space as and when we need it. The Conservatory is also a great space to get away from the desk for a coffee with colleagues, and the grounds of Heywood House are beautiful to walk around to get fresh air and re-energize.
