Another great stay at this hotel. From the easy drive from the motorway to the convenient location near to central Bristol, even before you arrive, it has many advantages.
The modern feel of the lounge and lobby is reflective of the rooms too. All the rooms have been presented to a very high standard and any pre booked requests (quiet room) are often met. Even if you have a low floor and roadside room, the sounds of the outside do not disturb you.
The welcome is always professional, efficient and first rate - as you would expect.
The restaurant offers a good selection of food - not too big that you have to deliberate on your choice - and it is served to a high standard. Tonight’s chef (John) cooked the steak exactly as asked.
Parking is often available, but alternatives are available close-by if busy.
Alex in the front of house team was superb today and Gary in the Recess restaurant team gave a warm welcome, then delivered an unobtrusive but attentive and excellent service.
In summary a good location, great quality and high standards. The staff are a credit to the hotel and company, I mentioned some by name as they were on tonight. All the staff I have interacted with have been equally professional and delivered a high standard of service.

Nice, clean hotel with everything that you need (Inc. lovely smelling shampoo, conditioner, hand cream etc and mini fridge) and it's 5 min walk to the Temple train station. It's right in the middle of the city which allows you to reach all key areas easily. Only big downside was the bed - quite uncomfortable and noisy which prevented us from getting a good sleep.

Second time this month and I have to specially commend two individuals:
1. Alex at reception for going over, above, and beyond both times I’ve stayed! Not only does he have a very welcoming smile and impeccable guest etiquette, but I also asked Alex who wasn’t around when I checked in, for a shoe shining kit (yes in this day & age where people barely know what these are, nor use them), Alex went to personally find one for me when they’d been ceased to be supplied and once he did, he brought it all the way up to my room.
• When I checked in today, Alex was at the counter and we spoke about the kit where I mentioned I’ll be needing one again and true to form, he kindly brought one up to me in the time it took for me to put my bag down and go back down for dinner! Literal perfect timing as I was at the door on way out!
One may wonder why such a seemingly “small” thing would mean so much, but in an era where customer service is speedily deteriorating and many are easily dismissive, it’s refreshing to see an individual exercise care, go above & beyond, and do it all with a genuine smile that shows he clearly loves and values his job & his customers! Alex lives the Hilton values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, ownership and NOW, and reinstates trust in the guests who walk through those doors
🌟 So it was not surprising when I discovered today that Alex will be leaving to join another Hilton branch, and also starting his Masters degree in Hospitality come September! You’ve been an incredible host Alex, no doubt you’ll pass with flying colours. Given my 7+ years’ experience in the higher education sector, I’d say you also have the makings of a star student! Wishing you the very best success in your academic & professional career. They’re very lucky to have you!
2. Another noteworthy individual is Gary. Gary is attentive and pays particular attention to detail, he served with a smile and has taken time to master his job and local area. He’s got the art of conversation with customers and once again, instils that Hilton trust we’ve come to know!
Thank you both for making my stay a pleasant one - 🙌🏾

Very nice hotel , rooms very clean and tidy great shower and large comfy bed.downside was not
Being able to control the air con cool enough to be comfortable and not being able to open a window but that seems to be the norm now hence four stars for the room. Followed address and postcode to hotel and arrived at temple way a dual carriageway with nowhere to stop got directions to the car park from lads on building site. The car park is actually on temple rose street
Will use this when we come again because it is a nice hotel .

Amazing clean and outstanding service you get from hotel staff. Breakfast is good quality.
Parking on premises and good walking distance to most things you like to do in Bristol.
