A nice hotel. Staff on reception were all very pleasant, check-in simple. It was a very hot weekend (mid August) and no air conditioning in the room and windows that only open an inch or so, although 2 fans were kindly provided. The hotel also provided water coolers and ice / flavoured water by the reception - which I thought was a nice touch. A lovely dining room in our suite, but the hotel didn’t offer breakfast in the room, which seems odd. Very convenient for Tewkesbury and motorways, and of course golfers ;) I’ve booked again for December when it will definitely be cooler and perfect I’m sure.

Fabulous room with a little balcony. Very clean and staff extremely friendly. Excellent value for money. The free pool and gym was a welcome bonus. Could not fault anything and will definitely be back for a longer visit next time to explore a little more.

I imagine it's great if you want to golf while you stay at your hotel. The rooms are dated and a bit tatty, beds weren't super comfy. Nice pillows though. Could probably do with a light refurb, which would make it much better, otherwise it's honestly no better than a premier inn with a nicer reception and a pool... Breakfast was decent enough for a buffet style one and service was good.

I have been there with family, all the services was excellent. There is free swimming pool for guests and open until 21:30 at weekdays. Restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was amazing. Location is nice and quite place, if you are around tewkesbury, this hotel is must stay place.

This is a huge complex with dining, golf, swimming, conference and tons of other facilities so you might expect it to be a little bit impersonal. Not at all, from our experience 'every guest counts' and is given just the right amount of attention. Booking was a doddle, as was booking out,; well we didn't have to actually book out, it was automatically done by email with the invoice as a pdf attachment. We were in a very large dinner party which was very well looked after. The food was delicious and the breakfast was equally good. The staff coped extremely well with our large and very 'lively' group; taking everything in their stride. Yes it is big, but it's very big on friendly too.
