A last minute booking. The staff could not do enough to help our party of veterans. We were valued and extremely well looked after. This is a shining example of the best customer service we all experienced. Twin rooms are very spacious and have complimentary toiletries tea coffee and water with the added bonus if use of a fridge. The on site restaurant can cater for vegans vegetarians and food allergies. Our waiter Jacobo was amazing. With great recommendations for wine that would compliment our meal. A true asset to the staff. There is underground parking with security cameras which is an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here many times to meet with friends and then travel on to Heathrow to fly home. The location is easy to drive in and out of. The rooms are excellent and very clean. I really enjoy the breakfast (which is extra) and also the seating area around the bar in the evening. They serve food until quite late and although the drinks are a little expensive the location works well as it's not super noisy.

Bedrooms & leisure facilities v good. Buffet at dinner was limited and staff v quick to clear after each course so solo travellers can find others at the table they were at whilst choosing another course. Staff need to be trained not to address a mixed party as"guys". This can be construed as discriminatory. Also staff should not chew gum whilst on duty. I would go to the hotel again tho.
