From the staff on the front desk who welcome you so warmly to the bar and restaurant staff who are so friendly what’s not to love. The bar area is airy and plenty of seating areas. The quality of food is great and a decent variety on the menu. The bedrooms are clean and the bed super comfortable. Always plenty of hot water and the shower is amazing. Plenty of free parking - provided you enter the car reg into the system at check in.

We had a great 2 day stay here, super friendly staff and lovely pool & spa which wasn't too crowded due to sensible booking system. Breakfast was excellent too with loads of variety. Rooms are a bit dated but clean & most importantly the bed was v comfortable, shower powerful & the room quiet so we all slept well. We'll be back!

We had a 3 night stay to attend our nephew's wedding and we had a great stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was really spacious and comfortable with plenty of room refreshments to keep us going over the weekend. The only criticism we have is that there were too few tables in the dining area for the number of guests at breakfast time. Guests had to queue up and wait, particularly between 8.30am and 9.30am. We weren't affected as we booked our breakfast table when we checked in. We'd certainly stay here again.

Myself and my wife had our wedding here yesterday. The venue is lovely staff were also very nice. All greeted us with a smile, especially Tia in the bar. She was always smiling and chatty which was nice. Food was great. Will definitely be staying here again

The staff here are great and work really hard to do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. They’re funny and welcoming (Cerys, Sarah and Maisie) during my stay were great and always went above and beyond! Honestly stayed here so much for work over the past 4 months and each time has been perfect.

Sarah - brilliant customer service really helpful within my stay. Lovely girl really polite and makes you feel very welcome. Matthew - once again brilliant customer service any problem I had was sorted straight away with them both. Both very approachable people and will gone extra mile to help you.

Stay regularly for business with the location ideal as only a couple of minutes. New rooms are excellent and I am sure the rest of the renovations will equally impressive. Always greeted with a smile wit an excellent reception team, in particular Sarah, Gracie and Holly. The restaurant team are excellent always willing and extremely helpful, Cerys, Lily, Grace, Maisie and Matthew are a credit to the hotel and make the stay a real home from home.

Fantastic two night stay , down from Yorkshire to visit new baby grandson. The rooms were newly refurbished, so well decorated, comfy beds and beautiful bathroom , breakfast was ten out of ten , staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again on our next visit 😄
