Nice and modern hotel with a beautiful view on the canal. The staff were helpful, lovely, and polite, even under difficult circumstances. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. My room was clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night, so I didn't get to do the walk along the canal. Will definitely like to stay here again for a longer time.

We held a small public event here, and despite the venue being very popular and therefore fully booked, the events team went out of their way to provide us with an ideal space in their lobby. We were very well looked after by all the staff who very professionally managed several other very large events taking place in the building simultaneously, whilst making sure our little event ran as smoothly as possible.

I came here for a hosted event and can thoroughly recommend the hotel function rooms for a great night of organised hosting. The service, food, and drink were all excellent and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Brentford!

A nice hotel, we got a warm welcome on a cold winter's day. The room was very warm also despite the thermostat being turned down. We had a lovely breakfast and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

I stay here for work a lot and it's a good functional hotel. The food is really good in the bar but well overpriced even for London. The rooms are clean and quiet. The reception staff over the years have become less and less communicative, which is a shame, but if you want an anonymous experience, you'll have it here. Breakfast is standard, although they have scaled this back to the basics, and I don't enjoy sharing out of Jars for my jam and honey.
