Despite prior arrangement, unexpected charges were billed on several occasions, which were neither discussed nor accepted. Once it was an error on the part of an employee and another time the error was allegedly in the billing system. Supposedly no one had the authority to fix these errors. The excuses made are superfluous and only create unnecessary trouble.

ATTENTION be careful! I would not recommend paying by credit card!
The booking of a training room was simply debited twice from my credit card! We had the event in October, the money from the double booking only came back last week! The first emails from me were not answered for four weeks, the colleagues in Leipzig always refer to the service center => catastrophe!
The case has now been clarified, I am still arguing with this company that the catering (which I never ordered), which was charged to me without consultation, will be credited again.
This organizer can only do one thing: not react and always refer to others!
Everything simply booked "online", costs "online" 269 €, deducted from me 867 €! Simply book the training room twice and then the catering you ordered, simply book it afterwards and you have 867 € less!
Also a business model!
