I was using the service of Regus/IQ for one month (August 2023) in Lisbon. Service was unclear, full of hidden payments that were not mentioned during the sale process. Surprises like "Onboarding fee"s and "Office restoration" ended up being 33% of the rent contract. AVOID! As someone who live in Lisbon and tired many - there are a lot of Amazing, friendly and honest co-working around.
