I've had my office there for over ten years and I'm actually quite satisfied. Of course there were a few back and forths but overall everything worked out so far. The lady at the reception, Ms. Rudzka, has always been courteous and very helpful.

Unfortunately, we were given a contract that we can no longer cancel. Unfortunately, Mr. Hecht did not inform us about options that we would have actually taken advantage of. Apparently these companies are all about cranking out longer, tied contracts with full customer dissatisfaction.
The lady at the reception is quite rude (Ms. Rudzka) unfortunately does not answer the questions in our emails... We are in the process of rewriting the contract and I hope there will be no further problems as the employees' conversations and answers differ greatly.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend these commercial offices and will be happy when 1 year is over.

Not recommendable.
Been trying to get a bail back for 1.5 years and it's horrible. The on-site team cannot help, because accounting and customer service are outsourced and can only be reached by email and in English, if at all. The need to clarify a situation seems to be zero. In my opinion, the accounting is completely opaque. Can only advise everyone.
Regus' answer is a joke.
"Please raise a case via the help area".... Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing and that's exactly what works. Nobody is responsible, nobody knows, you never get direct contact with the accounting department or a permanent clerk who takes care of it... simply impossible business practice that relies on you just giving up at some point... NEVER AGAIN

We originally thought the idea of an office in Munich/Unterföhring at Regus was very good. Before the end of the one-year period, we terminated the tenancy in good time because Regus did not come up with an attractive offer to keep the customer. For this, Regus levied a kitchen usage fee from January 2016, which was not part of the contract. If you don't pay attention to it and let it get away with it, then Regus can add up to a nice sum. We decided against Regus and changed the rental property because we could see that there were more attractive offers in Munich. We also got a confirmation of termination, which unfortunately didn't make it to Manila/Philipines. The bills and reminders continued happily, including the use of the kitchen, which we had neither ordered nor needed, because the tenancy had ended on January 31, 2016. After I called on March 11, 2016 for the umpteenth time and the correct cancellation was confirmed, I received the confirmation of cancellation on March 14, 2016 for April 30, 2016.
What kind of people are actually working in Regus' accounting department in Manila? So be careful when it comes to hidden costs and timely termination.
