I decided to register my business with Regus Nancy and I paid the registration fees as well as the costs of receiving my mail. However, the same month, they took €72 from my bank account without my consent. The following month, they did the same thing. I then requested immediate termination of my contract as well as reimbursement of undue deductions. Unfortunately, they denied my request and continue to send me bills and attempt to charge my credit card.
I would like to warn people who wish to use the services of Regus Nancy to be wary of this company. They do not respect their commitments and continue to withdraw sums from their customers' bank accounts without their consent. This is a scandalous and unacceptable practice.
I strongly advise against the services of Regus Nancy and invite you to look for another company for the domiciliation of your business.
