I have a membership since 2019 and this is the first time I received a poor and nasty service.
I went to 445 Park Ave. and the new “manager” called Lin has absolutely no skills to be helpful or nice either polite with me.
She was absolutely and intentionally unwilling to help me to find out when was my last bookings day 2 months ago.
Her tone and attitude was saying “No” even before I finished with my questions.
This woman is so impolite and rusty to help customers who are paying her salary. Unfortunately, Andrew who was very efficient and professional is not in that location. He was always ready to find a solution. In contrast to Lin the new “manager “ at that location.
