I've had a horrible experience with Regus! Their rates are extremely high. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything the people are saying in the offices around you! Their customer service is really bad.

Do NOT lease here!! I ended my lease there almost 2 months ago now. Constant mistakes with their invoicing! Billed me for things I didn't owe and forgot to bill me for things I did. What a mess! At the end of my lease I was told they had billed me wrong in the beginning and now I owed them money and would need to pay before I would receive my retainer back. I paid that and NO retainer returned! I have received excuse after excuse of why this is and each time I speak with customer service they tell me I have to do something different or submit a ticket. I have submitted tickets, submitted paper requests, asked to speak with a supervisor with ZERO return phone call. Customer service never calls back as they say they will and I still, almost 60 days later, have not received my retainer back. It's absolutely ridiculous. Sadly, I need office space in my new city but will NEVER use Regus again after this experience!

Regus - Idaho, Meridian is full of deceitful practices. The billing system of Regus - Idaho, Meridian is the worst I’ve ever seen. On top of that, Regus - Idaho, Meridian is dishonest on how they deal with charges. The billing portal for Regus - Idaho, Meridian is nearly impossible to navigate, which is intentional. Regus - Idaho, Meridian charges your card without authorization, even in the fine print it doesn’t give authorization for them to do it for all these random fees. Regus - Idaho, Meridian is set up to bully you with limited control. The facilities of Regus - Idaho, Meridian are subpar, and Regus - Idaho, Meridian will continue to charge you even after you cancel. Do not use Regus - Idaho, Meridian. Regus - Idaho, Meridian have the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in a company. The company as a whole (Regus - Idaho, Meridian) is rude and unkind.
