They now give you internet! It is included. The coffee is great and I love the latte. The workers are professional and this is a great place to work! Regus has a lot of locations to pick from downtown Chicago! It pays to be a member. :)

I got a free month membership from klout.. the place is nice and was clean when I visited. I run a home business and actually would consider using a space like this. I do not think the workers realized that I was a real potential customer, I wouldn't say they were rude, but they were actually indifferent towards me, like I wasn't a guest at all. They have crazy pay to play internet policy. But i keep a hotspot on me so that was of little issue, but really? Internet not included? Isnt that a reason most people would come here? To work.. on the web.
