They essentially stole $600 from me and claimed ignorance. I needed a corporate address for a startup and asked for a virtual mailbox. Costs $79/mo. They signed me up for a virtual office that's $280/mo. When the charges went through, I called and told them they made a mistake. They wouldn't own it so I had to drive to the center location. The desultory "manager" Diana Mendoza was less than helpful, clueless about operations or customer service and kept echoing the lyrics, "I can't do. I can't do. Have to call corporate" The customer service team overseas is powerless, their support team is AI powered (they don't have a pulse). It's a series of prescribed responses based on silly logic. I asked for a refund for 2 months. They pushed back at every turn hoping I would just retire my efforts. But no. I'm sick of big companies hustling the small business owners like this so I'm leaving this review. You can NOT bully hard working small business owners. You can not hustle them. You can not play coy when you make a mistake. You can not bait and switch. You can not charge a security deposit, have a separate retainer line item and bill them for a future month ahead on the 15th. (PS - sounds like an ASC 606 nightmare). I'm very disappointed in what I experienced at this location. Hope you all get your stuff together.
