Stay away. Their customer service is horrible. After 2 years in good standing, I paid an invoice late and they hit me with an outrageous late charge. My inquiries about it went unanswered by corporate. I contacted the local office manage, Liz, and this was her response: "Late Payment penalties have not been waived and they have denied my request since payment for your invoice 303-8216 has still not been received. I have also been advised to suspend services for non-payment." Interesting, they suspended my services for non payment but wouldn't answer my inquiries so I could pay my invoice. Horrible. It would be wrong for me to not mention Kristina and Lauren. They have great attitudes and always provide great service. I don't know why they work for a horrible company.

My experience with Regus started off on the wrong foot 18 months ago when they misplaced incoming mail and I received a month's mail all at once. Then all was well until my credit card company changed the card number while I was helping my son move and my daughter recover from an accident. Regus' draconian payment policies spelled the end. I discovered "Street Addressing" at the post office, am saving a ton of money, and will never go back.
