I have been banking here with byline since they closed the branch location and drive through near me. I do business banking for my husband. I come once a week and it takes about 10 minutes ( more than that to walk in as parking is not convenient. ) I have placed my dog in a carrier and brought him with me for a year. It took 6 months before anyone even noticed I had a dog. There have been no incidents not a peep out of him. Today I was accosted in the parking lot by ( mall cop) security. He stood outside my car staring at me. Quite unsettling when you have cash in hand. I did get out of my car apprehensively, asking if there is an issue. He stated you have a dog in the car! Yes! We have you on camera and I’ve been instructed by management to tell you that you can’t bring any animal in the building unless you are blind or deaf 😳 This is not true. I can put his red vest on him and take him anywhere and you are not allowed legally to ask me of my medical condition! I have chosen to to put him in a fully zipped carrier. Very disturbed.

Definitely Recommend, Love my office here the staff are Wonderful 😊 The space is amazing very warm and welcoming vibe to set the mood for your clients for Consultations

Awful Service - The guy working front desk acts like it's a chore to do his job. All around rude, and negative energy. Newsflash - people are paying you for a service - they have options and your industry is in trouble as it is. Wouldn't hurt to be polite & professional.

The 10 N Martingale Rd Schaumburg, Il Regus is a great place to business done. The furnishings are excellent and the staff is always ready to make my time at their location well spent. They truly care about helping me build my business. +Erin Bernau is to be commended on managing such a great business resource.
