I had never been here before until i attended a meeting. I decided to stay and finish working from here.
Good location for mainline trains.. Affordable day rates with access to hot drinks. i found the staff to be particularly helpful and friendly..

This was not a good choice for a large team full day meeting. The space has no sound proofing - at all. It’s awful. And people don’t use common sense or courtesy to make it work for everyone. The staff were slow and unwilling to help in spite of an extortionate clean up charge. We literally had to beg for clean coffee cups. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Great space. Second time I’ve been in here for an event. Easily accessible from Kings Cross Station (~4mins walk). Wheelchair access to event space. Projector screen which was great for the presentation. Bar facility if you’re serving up drinks and there was a DJ on deck and the speakers weren’t too loud. Lots of space to keep socially distanced and for it to still feel like an intimate event

Cosy co-working space for early-stage startups. Super friendly team, great location, very flexible with prices / membership options, great location, 3-5 minutes from Kings X station. There are meeting rooms available to book, and dedicated desks if you don't want to do hot-desking.
The only con is that the space if only open from 8 am - 7 pm Mon-Fri (no weekends) at the moment (they might change this at some point). If that's not an issue for you, then it's a great place to be.

Impact Hub is a great place to meet other social entrepreneurs, and to gain advice about setting up your own business with a social purpose. It is a nicely designed space with lots of different places to work, meet or network and regular relevant events. Everyone you speak to has found their own way to make the world a bit better, and that makes it feel like we all have shared values. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable an the programs and events mean that you can meet people who have similar interests or are at a similar stage in their development. I've been a member for six years now, even though I don't live anywhere near London, as it gives me a friendly base right near Kings Cross / St Pancras. I find it my most supportive and inspiring network and I've made lasting friendships and collaborations there.
