My business signed a 6 month lease here and chose not to continue due an internal change of needs. We are now 2+ months out and have been told we "should have received" our retainer returned back to us, which we have not and have been giving us the run around. The highest ranking person in the office cannot seem to get a straight answer from their help desk or corporate office on the status. My most recent email started with "I received an email from our corporate office stating that many clients are experiencing unexpected delays in the return of their retainers. It seems that yours is possibly included in this number." If you don't plan on staying here indefinitely, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE. They will hold you through the lease no exceptions and you will have to fight to get your 2 MONTH retainer returned.

I love working in this building. The Regus people are very nice and they are always having fun events on Holidays and other fun activities. The office itself and nice and clean and I like the fact they have a fax, printer and copier for us to use.

Terrible company! They will lie and rip off your money. Go to their Facebook page. They did block reviews on Facebook, cause everybody is complaining about them. They cant block it on Google though. Be careful, they will auto renew any contract without telling it to you. Now I want to cancel, they are telling me will cancel in one year and 2 months. Do not use their service!

I love the Parkwood Regus facility and team. The office space is very professional and inviting. The staff is extremely responsive to my needs and consistently performs above my expectations. If you are looking for office space look no further. Believe me you will not be disappointed.

The staff are friendly and reliable. The space is very nice and has a professional feel. It is a great value for small business owners such as myself.
