I was making the move from TX to MI and signed up for a coworking space at this location as I was told there was availability. They charged my card. Everything was set. However when I got there on Monday, I was told there was no availability and that they didn’t know why the sales team told me there was. Availability was not available until months down the road- which obviously does not help me. I called to get a refund as I have not used the space at all since signing up and was told that’s not an option. Like what? How is that ever not an option? I will continue to call to get a refund and to cancel my membership.

This place is a ripoff. Was going to get an office on Friday. Paid up front on Friday but over the weekend decided to cancel by Monday. Was told by phone we were canceled and he’d take care of it. (That obviously didn't happen because we were still being billed.) Called back and was then told we had to cancel on the website, even though we were initially told it would be taken care of. We cancelled on the website and were still billed for a second month. Was told money could not be refunded. Now we are being billed for mail forwarding for $25.00. And for an office that we never set foot in and mail handling that was never used. I would seek other alternatives before dealing with these clowns. You will keep being billed after you cancel. Had to get a new debit card to stop the harassment of being billed for services never used.

Great Staff! I was working in the co-working area, the staff was helpful when trying to get on the wifi. The location is perfect! Highly recommend this is one of my favorite Regus locations.

I took a tour in may and decided I wanted to get a Virtual Office for my business. I was told that payments came out a month before so when I signed I would be paying for the current month which was May & June . Then I started to receive emails about payment a week later which didn’t make sense to me since I had just paid I emailed the guy from sales stating that I didn’t want to continue in June I’m still receiving emails from this company! Also I was supposed to get my “retainer” back and he’s stating that I don’t have one when I clearly have a email saying that that’s what was in my initial charge. Very dissatisfied with the service that I did and also did not receive at Regus it was a complete waste of my time and money. Bill Giffin seems to forget what he says over the phone and I would want to speak to someone other than him if you do plan on working with Regus .
