We moved into our new apartment in Sept 2024 and have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since. The community is modern, and the amenities are top-notch. Megan, who assisted us throughout the leasing process, was incredibly helpful. She was well-informed and able to answer all our questions, guiding us from the moment she showed us the apartment to the finalization of our lease. We’re extremely satisfied with both the community and the staff. It has truly exceeded our expectations!

Jeilene has been amazing since we moved in here back in May! The amenities are so new/nice. Family friendly and close to many parks for children and walking distance from target and a couple main grocery stores. Maintenance team is always quick to fix the issues as well.

Top floor dwellers, please, please cherish your peace. I am not exaggerating when I say, it is an acoustic nightmare living beneath someone here. I've lived in several communities, and I have never encountered this. It's not my neighbors fault. The builders skimped on the materials or insulation, and I can confidently say I will not renew my lease. This is my personal experience living on a lower floor, and I am sure those on the top floor will have an entirely different and potentially more positive experience. The leasing team is approachable and friendly. The fitness center is impressive to support a good variety of workouts. The community itself and units are aesthetically pleasing. I though I would be here for several years so this is disappointing.

Elizabeth has been fantastic! She’s always so friendly, caring, and truly takes pride in her work. Every time she cleans the common areas, they look spotless and welcoming. You can tell she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make such a difference. I always look forward to seeing her, knowing she’ll do a fantastic job and brighten the day with her kind personality.

Jeilene made the whole process as easy as moving could be. I appreciated the time she took to help with my decision and helped me find the perfect apartment. This complex is well built and is full of amenities. When I moved in, like with any new build, there were a few problems. Jose, on the property team was able to come, same day, late on a Friday afternoon and fix it all. Very impressed with the level of care they all took to make sure I was comfortable in my new home.
